Sr Manager Sales Operations

Position: SR Manager of Sales Operations – Part Time  

Location: Boulder preferred, remote OK. 

The Role: This role will collaboratively work with Meati’s retail team with a focus on retail execution and conversion.  Leveraging our customer data and working alongside our business development team to identify retail opportunities to ensure flawless execution. 

Responsibilities:  

• Retail focused role to convert placement of our core / new items on the shelf. 
• Build strong and credible relationships with operators, brokers, and distributors. 
• Develop long term broker strategy alongside sales counterparts. 
• Participate in distributor events, kick-off meetings, & trade shows to build excitement and demand. promotes cross functional partnerships through collaboration and cooperation to achieve shared goals.   

Qualifications: 

• Passion for CPG and changing the food system. 
• Minimum of 15+ years in retail sales  
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in practical experience 
• Clear understanding of go to market strategies within grocery retail landscape 
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office & Microsoft Teams 

• Have an open mind and be excited to do things differently when the opportunity presents itself  
• Problem solving skills and desire to bring creative solutions to business opportunities  
• Passion for relationship building across team as well as cross functionally 
• Organizational skills and attention to detail  
• Motivated, enthusiastic, and positive even during stressful times (we love what we do, but not every day is a walk in the park)  

• Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively, while thriving in a remote environment 
• Willing to travel about 20% of the time.

Compensation:  
The base salary range for this role is $82,500- $108,750 annually, which is just one aspect of our total compensation package. In addition to the salary, this position is eligible for a potential annual bonus and equity! Actual compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
