Role and Responsibilities
Responsible for logistics planning operations related to the Digital Appliance (DA) business. This role will establish a clear vision for all logistics planning activities from product group and service level perspective. Span of control to include logistics planning, supply commitments, customer service levels (on time delivery) and related analytics to drive cost and service levels for Digital Appliance business.

The Supply Chain Sr. Manager will be the primary point of contact for all supply/logistics related issues related to their products/Accounts at the Sales Subsidiary. They will also interact closely with internal teams including Executive Management. Travel may be requested to visit Samsung Offices and Logistic Partners. Responsibilities
- Provides direction for the logistics planning function.
- Functions as the focal point to improve communications between headquarters and corresponding SEA team members. May communicate daily between headquarters and SEA organization on logistics allocation, delivery requirements, and inventory management.
- Manages Revenue Progress Management: (Monthly, Weekly Sales), Logistic Cost/Management: X-ship and Expedite, KPI, logistics projects with HQ and LPS and service Level reporting, OTRQ, OTD, root cause.
- Leads the development of logistics business plans with the US logistics team, HQ, along with coordinate with product supply teams to ensure timely of supply flow and delivery of products including financial ($) forecasting.
- Leads and directs weekly Service level (OTRQ) calls focused on customer on time delivery and cost.
- Will be responsible for logistics projects aimed on improving service level and reducing cost.
- Has responsibility for the operational performance of the direct reports. Directs the resolution of complex operational and organizational problems. Manage and develop Supply Chain personnel.
Skills and Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- 10 - 12+ years of relevant experience with a bachelor's degree (Supply Chain, Business, Economics, Finance, or similar) from an accredited university; or 10+ years of directly related experience in data and analytics-intensive role with an emphasis on Quantitative analytics and driving recommendations in a business environment
- Minimum 3-5 years People Management Experience
- Global and Local Logistics Experience necessary
Preferred Skills:
- Excellent Analytical and Computer Skills
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook
- Excellent Communications skills (written, verbal)
- Must be comfortable presenting to and promoting consensus-building at the Executive level.
- Must be comfortable presenting to and building consensus with Customers at the Executive level
- Bilingual English/Korean in a Professional setting will be helpful
- Must be available to work over-time and on weekends as required
- Excellent Attention to Detail
- Ability to interact with all levels of Management including Executives

PAY TRANSPARENCY CA ONLY
Compensation for this role is expected to be between $157,500 and $165,500. Actual pay will be determined considering factors such as relevant skills and experience, and comparison to other employees in the role.
