Job Description:

About This Role:

The Technical Operations Manager is a key member of the Faison location providing a key role in developing and managing the capital program for Faison site, building robust preventative and predictive reliability programs and processes, but will also ensure there are training and development processes/programs that elevate the individual and collective capability of the technical team and site overall.

• Provides engineering, maintenance and facilities leadership to the site teams drawing support from local, regional, and corporate resources.
• Drives site efficiency by constantly looking at ways to improve safety, maintenance costs and productivity wherein the operating life of the equipment is extended, efficiencies are improved, and operating costs are lowered.
• Provides an environment that encourages creative solutions to technical problems, rapid reapplication of best practices, and a willingness to experiment and collaborate.

Important Details:This position will be the primary owner(s) at a site level for both IM (Initiative Management) and PM (Progressive Maintenance) Pillars, and ensuring their full integration into the TreeHouse Management Operating Systems (TMOS) plans on site, as well as corporately.
