SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead the vendor management team in order to develop onboarding, compliance and effective communication with our vendors.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
ยท Develop vendor management team over time and manage/lead vendor management direct team.
ยท Develop Materials to evaluate vendors upon contracting and annual review.
ยท Provide reporting to measure vendor metrics and distribute to appropriate teams.
ยท Work with compliance to ensure policies and procedures are addressed and documented.
ยท Ensures that the organization maintains appropriate and well-managed third-party vendor relationships across the organization. Works with managers to ensure that they are holding vendors accountable for their actions in relation to our contract and service agreements.
ยท Ensure through documentation that all vendor contracts are in line with our vendor management policy and are reviewed by each vendorโs relationship manager/owner on a routine basis for continual compliance.
ยท Execute programs delivered by Product and Services team at the local level working with field teams and Service Providers.
ยท Support programs compliance across the company and develop a game plan for proper usage.
ยท Manage onboarding of new vendor relationships
ยท Lead and/or support the operation of change initiatives to ensure optimal efficiencies and effectiveness.
ยท Leverage existing vendor relationships to maximize value and research new vendors or services in market.
ยท Maintain, monitor processes, procedures, methods, tools, techniques, and software to deliver services.
ยท Develop and deliver presentations on opportunities, best practices, and issues for alignment and management approval.
ยท Drive DEI programs for our vendor base
ยท Developing and maintaining governance and compliance standards and guidelines to meet evolving global standards regulatory compliance requirements.

WORKING CONDITIONS
ยท Primarily working indoors, office environment.
ยท Travel: 25%-40%
ยท Prolonged exposure to computer screens.
ยท May sit for several hours at a time.
ยท Repetitive use of hands to operate computers, printers, and copiers.
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
ยท Bachelorโs Degree or equivalent experience.
ยท Ability to collaborate at all management levels,
ยท Ability to lead and influence groups not in direct reporting structure.

PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE
ยท Administration and Management โ Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.
ยท English Language โ Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.
ยท Customer and Personal Service โ Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.

ยท Effective in response to shifting priorities and assignments and ability to meet deadlines and expectations. Effective in delivering messages across a wide spectrum of individuals at the company having varying degrees of technical understanding.
ยท Strong interpersonal skills to be able to establish relationships with internal partners to build consensus and deliver various types of messages to internal and external parties.
ยท A significant level of trust, credibility and diplomacy is required. In-depth conversations and explanations with customers, direct and indirect reports and outside vendors can be of a sensitive and/or highly confidential nature. Communications may involve motivating, influencing, educating and/or advising others on matters of significance. Typically includes subject matter experts as well as first level to middle managers.
