SR Manager, Workplace Operations Lead
Job Description
The primary purpose of this role is to oversee day to day employee workplace experiences within TIAA workplaces including encouraging best use of community spaces, managing calendar of events, room booking and collaborative spaces. Includes managing TIAA food service program, cafeterias, catering and vending, and enterprise-wide amenities program.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Act as an escalation point and strategic leader for employees exercising best practices in collaborative spaces, meetings management, and events planning.
- Partner with technology SMEs to make recommendations on hospitality solutions and integration of technology solutions in amenities and hospitality programs.
- Coordinates execution of services via third party vendors and on-site leads. Understands current workplace trends, including corporate social media communication channels, and utilization to proactively anticipate workplace issues and/or needs of employees and visitors.
- Work with HR partners to implement the workplace experience strategy and align with overall experience solution for all associates.
- Manages and facilitates feedback loop for amenity satisfaction, propose and implement changes to amenities and food programs by location.
- Ensure that common area facilities are properly used and maintained. Partner with facilities, space planning, and safety and security to influence and recommend changes to space type when necessary. Understand the needs of the employees occupying the space to help make recommendations regarding the needs of groups using the space.
- Manage all logistics for the entire portfolio, including visitor management (in partnership with security), conference booking, and events (in partnership with strategic meetings management team). Conducts quarterly walk throughs in major sites.
- Utilizes technology to gain analytics and metrics to measure and validate the hospitality programs.
- Work with vendors to ensure seamless integration within workplace for conference spaces, food and beverage vendors, community management team and events management.
- Manage budget and make recommendations as to how budget could be maximized. Guide changes to budget at annual intervals. Track expenses and provide analysis on budget usage on an ad hoc basis.

Base Pay Range: $91,500/yr. - $152,500/yr.
Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
