Job Description

Sr Manufacturing Technician (band 3)

Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. is seeking a Sr Manufacturing Technician to join our world-class manufacturing team in Singapore. This is an exceptional opportunity to contribute to the flawless production of our high-quality products and make a meaningful impact on the world.

Responsibilities and Authorities

• Assemble and test the product to ensure all required specifications are met.
• Collaborate with Supervisors and Engineers to maintain quality, minimize waste, and optimize efficiency.
• Troubleshoot faulty products or parts to ensure adherence to specifications.
• Enhance quality and work process efficiency by implementing improvement activities.
• Maintain ISO9001, MDSAP, ISO14001, ISO13485, QSR21CFR Part 820, and ISO45001 documentations to ensure conformity.
• Uphold housekeeping and safety standards in the workplace.
• Train and mentor Technicians and Associate Technicians in product assembly and testing.

Qualifications:

• NTC 3 in a technical field or 'O'/'N' Level with technical work experience.

Experiences:

• Manufacturing environment: 3 years
• 5 years of experience in a technical field: NTC3 level
• NTC2 in a technical field: 3 years of experience
• 'O'/'N' level with technical work experience: 6 years

Competencies preferred:

• Proficient in equipment troubleshooting.
• Thorough understanding of ISO requirements.
• Strong coaching skills for on-the-job training.
