About the opportunity
As a Sr Marketing Coordinator you will work closely with management, as well as colleagues in various departments throughout the organization, to develop and execute local marketing initiatives in Greater Denver. You will use their creative vision, and specialized knowledge of their locality, to customize initiatives that support market brand awareness and sales goals.
The Sr Marketing Coordinator will take a certain ownership and accountability for their town, by keeping an informed business perspective of their locale, its people, and how to best to deliver on what they need.
What you'll be doing:
- Implement marketing campaigns that support local sales goals
- Coordinate brand hosted and third party marketing events to educate customers and/or the general public about brand's value propositions in an effort to further develop the local market
- Monitor marketing budget and track sales; analyze and present data on your market
- Work collaboratively on cross-functional teams to execute new offers, promotions, media tactics, and sponsorships to grow the customer base
- Collaborate with the creative team to craft and ready promotional and advertising materials for the market, ensuring alignment with the established framework guidelines of shared national programs.
- Build and create local content for social media platforms that follow existing brand guidelines
- Engage your creativity by finding new ways to engage customers
What you'll bring:
- 4 - 6 years proven experience in marketing or related field
- Experience in graphic design is preferred
- Completion of Business, Marketing or Communication degree program
- Effective time management, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Self-motivated workstyle and ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment
- Ability to collaborate and build successful working relationships across various work groups
- Comfortable with change and can adapt quickly
- In-depth knowledge of local town, demographics and customer base
The base salary range for this position is $70,000 - $80,000. Range shown in $USD for US residents. Other countries will differ. Range may vary on a number of factors including, but not limited to: location, experience and qualifications.
