Sr Marketing Manager; Multicultural- Bilingual (REMOTE)
Job Description
The Sr Manager Multicultural Marketing & Transcreation plays a lead role in developing and delivering multicultural marketing strategies to meet business objectives and goals for enterprise-wide support. This includes overarching segment strategies, new growth initiatives, consumer journey work, research, and localized market strategies. Key accountabilities and responsibilities include collaborating with, coordinating, influencing, and consulting various enterprise-wide departments/teams in multicultural areas to identify, design, create, execute, measure and report on market leading strategic and tactical marketing plans, promotional plans, campaigns, and launch plans that drive awareness, engage, educate, and retain members, promote and drive demand and utilization of organizational services, and support revenue and business goals. This role is the technical lead that oversees a team with diverse transcreation, and translations consultants dedicated to the design and support of enterprise-wide multicultural initiatives and tactics to include marketing, communications, legal, compliance, service, retail, sales, etc.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Manage team to achieve overall team and company goals. Review and adjust team workloads to align with priorities. Challenge and mentor team members to support overall satisfaction and performance.
- Manage external vendor relations to include liaison with Procurement, SCM systems, Finance, Corporate Payables and Budget Management
- Strategy: Drive, innovate, coordinate, and collaborate on multicultural/translations/transcreation with others to ensure the development of "Go To Market" marketing plans (initiatives, messages, and activities to articulate and promote brand value and promise for consumer segments and clients
- Ensure coordination and clear communication among all stakeholders throughout duration of campaign/project to include the management, tracking and regular reporting on deliverables
- Strategy: Provide perspective, thought leadership, guidance, and professional expertise to, and drive insights for marketing strategies and communication tactics associated with sales enablement and member retention
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all multicultural/transcreation/translations management, execution initiatives, and other related activities across businesses
- Identify, coordinate, and manage campaign and project deadlines and resource requirements

What You Must Have:
6+ years related work experience. Experience Details: Translations/Transcreation Team Leadership
5+ years direct supervisory/management experience
Related Bachelor's degree or additional related equivalent work experience
Fluently bilingual in Spanish (spoken and written)
Experience using translations software and applications
Vendor management experience Traffic management experience
What We Would Prefer You Have:
SDL/Trados software experience
PowerPoint, Excel, etc; Microsoft Suit Agency experience with multicultural consulting Experience working in highly regulated industry (Health care a plus)
General Physical Demands
Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally to move objects. Jobs are sedentary if traversing activities are required only occasionally.

Annualized Salary Range: $85,900 - $139,600
Typical Annualized Hiring Range: $85,900 - $98,000
Final pay will be determined with consideration of market competitiveness, internal equity, and the job-related knowledge, skills, training, and experience you bring.
