As the Senior Campaign Marketing Operations Manager in the Creators & Digital Media Education team, you will be responsible for cross-functional operational excellence to realize the global marketing strategy and priorities. Your role will hold us accountable to deliver on the marketing priorities via defined metrics. Also, you will identify, scope and plan for new operational and marketing capabilities that drive innovation and growth for Adobe. This role reports to the Senior Director of Campaign Strategy for Creators & Digital Media Education. Our team is responsible for marketing strategy, planning and variable marketing spend for industry-leading products such as Creative Cloud for students and education institutions as well as Adobe Express. We're looking for hardworking, hands-on marketers and operational leaders who balance creative approaches with a data-driven mentality. This Strategy and Ops role will own:

Marketing Strategy Content Orchestration - Support the Creator and Education campaign strategy leaders to run the process for execution of the portfolio marketing strategy across different product and integrated marketing functions.

Marketing Efficiency - Align marketing to unified metrics and driving consistent marketing performance reviews across acquisition, engagement, and retention motions. Manage budget planning, allocation and reporting across spenders setting and tracking expected outcomes through a data-driven view of our marketing performance. Streamline collaboration and scale critical processes with key functions such as product marketing, studio, research and integrated marketing.

Marketing Operations - Run our rhythms of campaign marketing, such as Annual Goal Setting (Objectives and Key Results), Quarterly Business Reviews or Category Reviews, Monthly Marketing Strategy Reviews, Campaign Reporting.

What you'll do

  • Co-ordinate the integration of portfolio marketing priorities (annually + quarterly) across Creators & Digital Media Education campaign strategy teams, serving as the "glue" across the team to ensure collaboration and sharing of standard processes.
  • Set up and manage a system of how our data, competitive intelligence, and marketing trends can be accessed in order to ensure market relevance of our campaigns plans and evolve our long term strategy.
  • Own the day-in, day-out operations of our core reoccurring processes. Bring structure and ensure delivery of our Annual Marketing Plans, Quarterly + Monthly Business reviews, Campaign Strategy Reviews / Product Launches, etc. Includes defining calendars, templates, program managing inputs x-partner teams, and leading quality control on content to finalize quality, timely work products.
  • Clear roadblocks on how we operate and find the efficient path to getting things done.
  • Aligning with the Digital Media cross-category campaign strategy and ops team to evolve the operating model (org structure, process, tools, metrics) for increased marketing efficiency and business performance.

How you will succeed:

  • BS/BA preferred or 6+ years tech, agency, or management consulting experience or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6+ years of experience in Marketing Operations is required.
  • Knowledge of B2C digital marketing processes (advertising, media buy, email marketing) is required
  • Experience in businesses expanding user base through web and/or mobile offerings.
  • Strategic and Operational Problem Solving - Drives structure in ambiguity and solves a range of business problems. Brings structure to deliver projects and programs on time and within budget (e.g., build project plans, roadmaps, establish hit goals, ensure partners deliver on plans, elevate performance / risks for leadership action).
  • Data and Analytics Proficiency - Harness data to drive insights and support recommendations (vs. numbers crunching). Brings POV on core business metrics to optimize for and understands business levers which drive performance.
  • Brings a POV, able to present to execs and influence in cross-functional org - Steers cross functional "flat" teams towards a direction / decision and results. Understands and aligns partner interests / concerns and unifies teams around common goals for success. Preps and delivers executive (VP+ level) presentations with little oversight. Commands a group of executives with divergent POVs into decision / action.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $123,200 -- $238,300 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
