Marketing Specialist (IDS)

Responsibilities

• Develop short-term and long-term business strategy, execute sales plans with the distributor for BD Molecular Diagnostics / Women's Health & Cancer.
• Build strong expertise in BD MDX and WHC for clinical laboratory test and utilize it in order to support the product and sales training for the partners.
• Collect, verify, and analyze data on market trends, customer needs and competitor activity to identify market opportunities for the products.
• Maintain/Build good relationship with customers and business partners.
• Adapt plans to improve various advertising, promotions including digital/ omnichannel initiative(s)
• Work with Regional (Greater Asia) and Global team for better business outcomes.
• Complete other tasks assigned by line-manager or business director

• MS or higher in medical or healthcare related majors (Molecular Dx and Cytology preferred)
• Medical pathologist's license preferred.
• Over 5 years of working experience in marketing or sales in meditech industry
• Fluent English skills in written and speaking preferred.
• Good level of competency in data management skill including MS office
• Marketing consulting experience is a plus
