Sr Methods Engineer

This position will focus on developing methods and improvements to enhance Safety and Product Robustness in the manufacturing of sheet metal and bus bars.
It is empowered to modify or create work standards as necessary to implement improvements.
It is empowered to try and test disruptive ideas to eliminate safety risks and mitigate modes of failure in producing parts both repeatable and non-repeatable.
It is rewarded upon the actions implemented to reduce risks as evaluated in Hazard and Risk analysis as well as in PFMEA and the tangible benefits in increasing production, reduction of downtime and non quality costs.

Qualifications

Bachelors Degree in Industrial Engineering.

Fluent/Advanced in spoken and written English is a must.

Postgrade in Quality and Productivity or Lean Manufacturing strongly desired OR relevant expertise can be demonstrated.

Other Engineering fields are welcome provided a Quality and Productivity or Lean Manufacturing postgrade is held OR relevant expertise in Continuous Improvement can be demonstrated.

Green Belt / Scrum expertise is a plus.
