The Headlines:
The Sr. Manager of Business Integration - Finance will be responsible for coordinating and executing strategic initiatives of Molson Coors Beverage Company's; Coors Spirits Company, Tenth and Blake, and Non-Alcohol divisions based upon determined priorities. The Sr. Manager is responsible for leading coordination with appropriate functions within Molson Coors in order to execute against identified priorities. They will be responsible for driving consistent business practices across all partners including, but not limited to, the following: Transition to the Molson Coors pricing model; integration of new brands into the Molson Coors price promotion applications where feasible; investigating and supporting the implementation of an ERP system at each brewer/partner (i.e. Orchestrated Beer); ongoing synergy identification, and follow up and execution of existing, "business case" synergy initiatives; assessment of infrastructure needs; ongoing integration efforts, including shared services and logistics; and, preparation of plans for eventual "full" integration of new partnerships (i.e., "second step"). The Sr. Manager has accountability for maintaining and fostering the craft/partner company cultures, leveraging the face/place/story of the companies. Role will develop and implement consistent business practices across all partners/segments as appropriate. Collaborates with Finance and Commercial leadership and aligns with VP Integrated Business Planning integrations to deliver volume, profit, and growth objectives, while optimizing budgeted resources to support same.
This position reports to the VP- Integrated Business Planning and Finance Transformation.
The Responsibilities:
- Integration and Operational Planning and Execution
- ERP System: Lead the integration of craft/partners into RP9 or selected platform.
- Develop OD execution strategy and execution timing.
- Define Shared Services needed to support long term integration.
- Lead anchoring in the new business practices based on direction set by VP Integrated Business Planning
- Molson Coors Pricing
- Manage Pricing strategy and execution across all craft partners.
- Coordinate long terms integration efforts on key business processes and procedures:
- Operational and commercial integration.
- Processes and systems
- Workforce and talent
- Synergy capture
- Distributor transitions/contracts
- Strategy and Planning business Development
- Supports the development of a 3-year Strategic Plan for each new partner based on outputs of integration workstream including G&A functions.
- Spokesperson/Ambassador/Site Leader
- Serves as Advisor to Senior leaders of the new partners and is a visible brand champion for same.
- Attends and conducts employee meetings when necessary.
- Commercial Operations
- Maintain presence/focus with local and national distributors during transition.
- Support market/brand rollouts and general sales presentations with existing, contiguous and expansion market distributors.
- Oversee and respond to all day-to-day business integration activities and Molson Coors request for product.
The Other Qualifications:
You have a bachelor's degree OR equivalent experience (10+ years) in the field of Sales/Marketing/Operations or general management experience, preferably in the beer industry, and cross functional finance experience.
