Job Summary

This position is responsible for managing the Information Security team - IAM operational tasks: identity management, access management, production support for the enterprise users, customers and B2B users.

NOTE: This hybrid role can be located in CHICAGO IL or RICHARDSON TX ~ relocation will not be offered; sponsorship is not available.

Required Job Qualifications:
• Bachelors Degree and 7 years experience in Information Technology / Information Security, OR 11 years experience in IT / Information Security
• 3 years in Management and/or Leadership

• Ensure security, efficiency, and compliance of IAM processes.

• Requires strong understanding of identity management principles and experience with IAM products, such as ForgeRock/Ping, Siteminder, Okta etc.,

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

• Background in cybersecurity or Identity engineering preferred.

• Oversee Identity Management team for access requests.

• Support IAM processes and procedures to meet business requirements.

• Collaborate with IAM Director on scope, objectives, timelines, and resources.

• Provide guidance and mentorship to team members for effective performance.

• Coordinate with IT, security, compliance, and business units for operational support.

• Conduct knowledge transfer sessions for IAM Operational team skills.

• In-depth knowledge of ForgeRock/Ping platforms, including configuration and customization.

• Strong understanding of identity management concepts and authentication protocols.

• Experience in IAM principles, SAML, OAuth, OIDC, LDAP, RBAC, and federation standards.

• Technical expertise in applications, servers (primarily Linux/Unix), infrastructure, and networking technologies.

• Hands-on experience in IAM, policy assessments, and application testing.

• Knowledge of ServiceNow ticketing system and ITIL processes.

• Experience in secure architecture, SDLC, security system integration, and troubleshooting.

• Leadership, interpersonal, and motivational skills for team success.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Proficiency in project management methodologies, planning, execution, and monitoring.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and make informed decisions under pressure.

• Integrity, accountability, and commitment to professional best practices.

Preferred Job Qualifications:
• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, MIS or related field.

• Experience managing cross-functional teams and Agile/Scrum methodologies a plus.

Base Pay Range$107,300.00 - $193,800.00
