The role is in Central Team ISC BP organization as Planning Business Partner. This position requires strong hands-on SAP SCM System knowledge in modules such as SCM SNP, CTM,PPDS , SCM BI and GATP.
Integration knowledge with other SAP and non SAP transactional systems is must. In this role it is also required to work as subject matter experts with business and regions users and help in defining requirements as well as generally identify and recommend solutions supporting Supply Chain applications.
Person will be supporting the future Athena 2 wave 2 project.

Responsibilities
The objective of this role is to actively partner with the business to understand their strategic priorities and work to identify ways that TGS can support and advance those objectives. Primary responsibilities will include:
- Partner with the Integrated Supply Chain leadership to plan new joint initiatives, evaluate proposals, and determine how they fit into roadmaps and priorities
- Develop strategies for optimal deployment and adoption of new technology capabilities, services and solutions across the business and/or the end-customers.
- Work with other TGS Business Partners and TGS' Core Areas of Delivery to ensure that solutions are delivered according to, informed by, and integrated with, BD's enterprise roadmaps.
- Build knowledge and capability in relevant technologies and processes as well as improvements to existing investments by keeping abreast of industry trends.
- Measure and communicate value realized on a periodic basis through defined and agreed upon metrics and supporting analysis.
- Ensure project and initiative progress, conduct analysis, prepare appropriate solution direction, and manage the work. Provides consistent and effective communication. This includes managing escalation and avoiding risk.

Qualifications & Experience
- The ideal candidate will bring a combination of strategic understanding, both business and technology experience, exceptional relationship building skills and solution-oriented mindset together.
In addition, this person should also possess:
- SAP SCM PPDS (10 + years)
- Expert-level knowledge of SAP PPDS, must have worked on setting up planning board, setup matrix, heuristics, optimizer
- Ability to set up alerts as per business need
- SAP Manufacturing Related Master Data(5 + years)
- Experience in maintaining manufacturing-related master data such as Bill of Material (Multi-level), Routing, Production version, work center.
- Experience in SCM related master data like the resource, product master
- SAP SCM (10+ Years)
- Senior-level knowledge on various modules of APO Demand Planning, Supply Network Planning, CTM
- Expertise is CIF integration
- Ability to size effort on requests and provide guidance on different option solutions
- Understand architecture and middleware systems in use.
- Ability to influence and break down silos within an organization as well across organizations
- Ability to map joint organizational vision and long-term thinking, imagination, and idea generation
- Ability to communicate complex business / technical challenges in a simplified manner
- Must be a leader who can influence stakeholders in written and oral communications
- Must have experience and knowledge of change management principles and methodologies and have the ability to formulate new programs to generate excitement and engagement
- Knowledgeable with continuous improvement and project management approaches, tools, and phases
- Highly collaborative work style which includes working effectively across all organizational levels
- Experience working in a highly matrixed organization and in overcoming ambiguity
- Able to align and work with diverse global stakeholders

- Having experience with Technical service and customer service is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is strongly preferred - Master's degree is a plus
