Your Role and Responsibilities

• Design deploy and configure Citrix ADC (NetScaler) for load balancing application delivery and security.
• Develop and implement load balancing strategies to optimize application performance and availability.
• Manage and maintain Citrix ADC environments ensuring high availability and reliability.
• Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues.
• Apply patches updates and upgrades to Citrix ADC appliances.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Citrix ADC configurations and performance.
• Provide support for load balancing related incidents and requests.
• Collaborate with network and application teams to resolve complex issues.
• Implement and maintain security configurations in accordance with organizational policies.
• Conduct regular audits and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Understanding new business requirement pertaining to netscaler technologies.
• Having experience on packet sniffing tools.
• Should be able to provide resolution for Open security VAPT points and providing resolution on best effort basis.
• Having hands-on on experience for netscaler SDX/VPX firmware upgradations in high availability.
