Sr Partner Marketing Manager
Job Description
The Partner Channel is a critical component of Level Access’s multi-year, aggressive growth strategy. We are seeking a Senior Partner Marketing Manager to work closely with the Partner Team to onboard new partners and effectively market through and with partners to find net new business opportunities.
You will work closely with the Partner, Sales and Marketing teams to create and execute ongoing marketing and communication plans for our partners. You will engage with partners to support their journey in becoming valuable members of our channel. And, you will serve as the connection point between partner, sales and marketing to create a unified understanding of partner channel metrics and results.
Responsibilities
- Drive demand and pipeline generation through and with partners to their customer and prospect bases
- Be the integration and communication lead between Partner and Marketing
- Work with the Partner Team to develop ongoing partner engagement activities including email, webinars, and events
- Work cross-functionally in marketing to support these activities with Content, Demand, Product Marketing, and Field teams
- Create, own, manage and execute the partner marketing calendar
- Manage and curate marketing materials for partners including onboarding, enabling, and prospecting
- Develop and coordinate engaging content for demand generation campaigns
- Adapt and enhance Level Access’s messaging and positioning for a partner audience
- Support the analysis and reporting of partner analytics, such as active partners, engagement touchpoints, opportunities created, and deals won
- Collaborate with the Partner Team to create and manage an MDF program
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in B2B SaaS partner marketing role
- Strong digital marketing experience and demonstrated data-driven marketing decision-making
- Experience in enterprise sales motions
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Excellent presentation skills and demonstrated success communicating to all levels of an organization, including the C-suite
- Strong Salesforce, Excel and PowerPoint skills
- An analytical and data-driven mindset
- Ability to communicate complex material creatively and effectively to new audiences
- Experience with digital accessibility a beneficial but not required
