  • Collaborate with HR centers of excellence to design and implement scalable, inclusive, and data-driven people programs.
  • Support the execution of enterprise-wide initiatives, adapting them to business unit needs and ensuring strong adoption.

    • Deep knowledge of core HR disciplines including organizational design, employee relations, performance management, DEI, compensation, and workforce planning.
    • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to inform people decisions and strategies.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills with adaptability across audiences.
    • Comfortable working independently while collaborating across multiple teams and functions.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-changing environments.
    • Benefits:

      • Competitive annual salary range of $180,000 to $230,000 USD, based on experience and location.
      • Eligibility for stock options and potential performance-based bonuses.
