Sr Policy Administrator (Remote)

Provides policy management of Compliance 360, the BSMH policy repository program. Works collaboratively with multiple departments and facilities to facilitate systems and/or sub-systems that support policy standardization. Provide training and education to responsible parties for the intent of policy management.

responsible for policy management within the repository program Compliance 360, including loading, retiring, and revising System or Market policies, procedures, and guidelines. Responsible for the integrity of archiving retired policies.

• Reviews policies for duplicity within the system to improve policy standardization through providing consultation & coordination in other programs or departments such as Clinical Policies, Nonclinical Policies, and Administrative policies.
• Manages employee access with regard to granting access levels, removing terminated employees, manages user security access and ensures the integrity and security of the online policy program.
• Responsible for the structure of policy storage across the company including building specific divisions, manuals, and sections used to populate BSMH policies.
• Responsible for determining needs for and requesting software enhancements and upgrades, addressing performance issues with the system, manages downtime and makes arrangements for document access during extended downtimes, and managing contracted work.
• Creates training materials. Responsible for training & education of online policy system to responsible parties and super users.
• Serves as Legal Services contact for policy histories in litigation situations.
• Assist with facilitation and management of policy meetings

Required Minimum Education:

2 Year/ Associates Degree

Specialty/Major:

Healthcare, clinical or business related field

Preferred Education:

4 year/ Bachelors Degree
