Sr Principal RF Application Engineer

The successful candidate will work closely with sales to support RF technical campaigns in the Northeast US region and will be well versed in the following areas:

- Use of Cadence AWR Design Environment or competitive tools for RF/microwave design.

- Electro-magnetic, linear, harmonic balance, and time domain simulation and analysis.

Note that US Citizenship is required for this role.

Required skills:

- Ability to anticipate technical challenges and develop creative solutions.

- Ability to technically lead on a wide range of customer engagements.

- Ability to communicate effectively with Cadence R&D, Product Engineering, Marketing and customers.

Position Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE)

- 10 years of recent RF design experience

- Open to continuous learning and development

Preferred:

- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering (MSEE)

- MMIC, RFIC, and/or antenna design experience

- Comfortable working in Linux environment

- Experience with Cloud platforms such as distributed architectures.
