Job Description
The Sr Product Manager will lead and direct the product activities. You will own the end-to-end product line and will be accountable for product profitability, product planning which includes new product additions. The Sr Product Manager will be required to partner with RD&E and ISC, and Sales to develop and manage product roadmaps. You will work closely with people at all levels of the organization to maximize growth, development and return on investment of the organization's product portfolio. You will integrate inputs to develop distinctive product plans with outstanding financial outcomes. Develop robust product plans to deliver outstanding financial outcomes. The Sr Product Manager will develop dynamic pricing strategies based on value delivered relative to customer's next best alternative. Develop robust business strategies to create a strong linkage between financials, technology and customer needs.
JOB DUTIES:

- Work with marketing to define go-to market strategy for Home Services, Warranty, Insurance, Rental, Utilities, and Home Builder markets.
- Define functionality needed for each market segment. Examples: Risk Scores for warranty, ROI calculators, total cost of ownership, etc.
- Define common functionality: monitoring and diagnostic tools.
- New hardware opportunities: hand held devices, miniaturization, cost-out.
- Global market opportunities.
- Global manufacturing and distribution.
- Mobile application specification.
- Service Tech applications tools.
- Equipment coverage.
- Over the air update services.
- Inward Facing
- Equipment analytics.
- Component analytics.
- Analytic training tools.
- Analytic deployment tools.
- API for customer integration.
- LifePulse/Device monitoring for uptime, logs, health.
- Support Tools.
- Training Tools.
- Monitoring Tools.
YOU MUST HAVE:
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of experience in Product management experience in cloud-based software.

- Salary Range: Resideo provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado, as required by Colorado law under the Equal Pay for Equal Work Act. Actual compensation is influenced by various factors, including, but not limited to, skills, experience, and the specific office location. The expected salary range for this role is $122,288 - $168,000. The salary range for these same position may be lower or higher in markets outside of Colorado.
- Incentive Eligibility: This position is eligible for a 10% Resideo Bonus Plan (RBP).
