Job Description

Your Career

The Product Manager is responsible for the overall success of a product, from ideation to launch to market adoption. This includes working closely with cross-functional teams to gather and prioritize customer requirements, define the product vision, and develop and execute a product roadmap. The Product Manager is also responsible for measuring and analysing product performance, and making adjustments as needed to ensure the product meets or exceeds business goals

We expect edge-based employees to be in the office 2-3 days/week with the rest of the days working from where they choose.

Your Impact

  • Gather and prioritize customer requirements.
  • Define product strategy (customer value, competitive position, business value)
  • Develop and execute a product roadmap, make adjustments to product roadmap as needed
  • Drive product initiatives and work closely with cross-functional teams to bring products to market
  • Customer engagement and relationship development for executive briefings, product evangelism, and requirements gathering
  • Engage with internal and external customers to continually improve the user experience
  • Set and clearly communicate development objectives, needs, and status of projects to internal stakeholders and customers
  • Ability to work effectively with all areas of the organization, from engineering to sales
  • Act as SME for product while growing knowledge of adjacent products

Qualifications

Your Experience

  • BS/MS in Computer Science, Other engineering/technical degree, MBA preferred, or equivalent experience required
  • Minimum of 10 years experience with 3-5 years in Product Management engineering leadership, technical sales/marketing experience (software preferred) with demonstrated knowledge of technology
  • Technical expertise in network security space, including network access security and Firewalls, is strongly recommended
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and other teams to define product requirements, specifications, and user stories.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to understand what's important, urgent, and how to tackle multiple priorities at the same time
  • Hands-on nature with a very strong interest in new technology products
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent presentation skills, including executive

The expected salary/wage range for a U.S.-based hire filling this position is provided below. Actual offer may vary from this range based upon geographic location, work experience, education/training, and/or skill level. If this is a sales role, then the listed salary range reflects combined base salary and target-level sales compensation pay. If this is a non-sales role, then the listed salary range reflects base salary only. Variable incentives may also be offered. Annual Salary: $128,000.00 - $295,000.00
