Sr Product Manager

The Role:
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to enhance our enterprise SaaS product offering across Windows, Mac, and Linux platforms. As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for one of our flagship products, as well as overseeing the execution and delivery of the product requirements to our customers.

What You’ll Do:

• Ownership for the product vision & roadmap, and execution of the strategy to deliver on that mission.
• Conduct strategic business opportunity analysis - including epics and user stories, win/loss research, working with industry analysts, customer visits & market surveys - to aid in defining the product direction.
• Use frameworks such as the Jobs-to-be-Done model to collect, prioritize and internally communicate product requirements and define new features.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, design, marketing, sales, and support, to solicit input for enhancements to ensure continued delivery of high-quality products that solve customer problems and provide remarkable user experiences
• Measure and analyze the performance and impact of the product features and enhancements (including financial justification analysis)  and use data to inform product decisions and improvements
• Evangelize your product in the market through direct to customer channels such as webinars, conferences and user groups.

What You’ll Bring:

• 5+ years’ experience in product management
• Specialist in the information security industry with a solid grasp of identity and privileged assessment management principles.
• Passion for design and excellent UX in your product
• Strong technical acumen, with a solid understanding of infrastructure, open source software and modern application architectures
• Team player with a “let’s do this” approach
• Willingness to travel to visit customers to gain valuable product insights
• Proficiency working within a Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), specifically with scrum/agile approaches
• Strong Linux background
