Sr Product Manager

Technical / Functional Skills:• 3+ years working in Supply Chain Technology• 2+ years experience in Order Management domain withinSupply Chain (JDE/D365 experience is preferred)

• OMS Sterling Experience is required

Roles and Responsibilities:

Strategic• Translate business strategy into technology productstrategy• Own product roadmap• Maintain knowledge of competitive landscape and technologyinnovations

Execution• Develop deep knowledge of business processes for thedomain• Drive prioritization of product capabilities• Collaborate and drive cross-domain prioritization andsequencing of activities• Create/document/track KPIs to measure relevant businessgoals for the domain

Stakeholder Management• Represent domain during enterprise planning and discovery• Manage stakeholder expectations to ensure scoping alignswith product strategy• Provide regular updates to product roadmap

Tactical• Represent business throughout technology developmentprocess• Document requirements (functional and non-functional) viaepics and user stories• Maintain and prioritize product backlog• Track releases and communicate delivery roadmap• Plan and conduct user showcases and acceptance testing
