Sr Product Manager

At Invisible AI, we are building the future of computer vision. Today, our core focus is on developing an end-to-end platform that can digitize manufacturing operations. We deploy edge AI cameras to digitize all steps of manual assembly work which helps people-driven manufacturing be accurate, reliable, and safe.

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Sr Product Manager to lead and manage the development and integration of hardware and software products. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and launch products that meet the market needs and exceed customer expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, development, and execution of product strategies for both hardware and software components.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and manufacturing teams to ensure product feasibility and alignment with market requirements.
• Manage the entire product lifecycle from concept through production and release.
• Define and prioritize product requirements, features, and functionality.
• Develop and maintain product roadmaps, timelines, and budgets.
• Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure successful product launches and market adoption.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Act as the key liaison between internal teams and external partners or vendors.
• Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, and make recommendations for improvements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in product management, in software development environments.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• 50% International and Domestic travel required the first 3-6 months, 20% travel requirement after first 3-6 months.

Our compensation package plays a big part in how we value your impact on our mission. Our base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The estimated base salary guideline range for this role is between $160,000 and $350,000 and may be modified. This will vary based on various factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process.
