Description

Our partner is one of the largest cloud-based business software providers in Greece and SE Europe. They are a pioneer in offering multi-tenant cloud-based ERP since 2008 in the SEE region and have since evolved to a 360o solution provider, addressing end to end digital transformation by offering cutting-edge technological products and platforms.

They are currently looking for a Senior Product Manager to join their high caliber team.

Mission: 

Your goal will be to assure the product's alignment with the company's objectives and customer's demands. Spearhead new product introductions and improvements by leveraging market insights for strategic decisions. Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams for seamless product launches and ongoing success. Identify enhancement opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.

You will be responsible for:

• Developing and executing the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs.
• Driving the implementation of new products, as well as enhancements to existing ones.
• Managing product feedback and engaging the technical team to make necessary improvements on products.
• Conducting market research and analysis to identify market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
• Utilising market insights to drive product strategy and make informed decisions on product enhancements and new product development.
• Working closely with support and project management teams, acting as a second level support and providing business expertise in various fields.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and operations, to ensure successful product launches and ongoing product success.
• Monitoring product performance and key metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and advancements, continuously enhancing product management skills and knowledge.

Must have

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 4+ years proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role, preferably in a senior capacity
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing product roadmaps
• Strong analytical and market research skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both in Greek and English language
• Experience in the technology industry
