Sr Product Manager Prag, Czechia (hybrid)

We are Backbone, a leading provider of Real Estate marketing solution, driving innovation in the industry. Our vision is to make Real Estate transactions faster, more transparent, and user-friendly. With a growing European presence, we are looking for a dynamic Senior Product Manager (f/d/m) to steer our product's direction and take our offerings to another level.

User Research: Dive deep into customer needs, challenges, and behaviors to inform product decisions.

As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a critical role in defining and executing the product strategy. We are seeking an individual with a strong SaaS background. Experience in PropTech SaaS will be highly regarded.

• Product Strategy & Vision: Develop and refine our product strategy in line with company objectives and market needs.
• Product Roadmap: Create, maintain, and communicate a dynamic product roadmap to ensure timely delivery and alignment with stakeholder expectations.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with engineering, design, sales, and marketing teams to deliver product enhancements and new features.
• User Research: Dive deep into customer needs, challenges, and behaviours to inform product decisions.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyse product metrics, A/B tests, and market trends to drive product direction and optimization.
• Competitive Analysis: Monitor and report on competitor products and industry trends.
• Product Advocacy: Serve as an internal and external evangelist for the product, working with sales and key customers.
• Mentorship: Mentor members of the product management team and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in a SaaS environment.
• Experience in PropTech SaaS is highly advantageous.
• Proven ability to manage the entire product lifecycle.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English.
