This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Sr. Product Manager – Creators based in India.
This role sits at the intersection of product strategy, learning experience design, and platform growth within a large-scale creator and education ecosystem. You will be responsible for shaping and improving the learner journey across a high-traffic digital learning platform used by over a million active users globally. The work focuses on driving engagement, retention, and course completion through thoughtful product design, experimentation, and data-driven decision-making. You will collaborate closely with engineering, design, data, and cross-functional teams to build intuitive, scalable, and high-impact learning experiences. The environment is fast-paced and execution-oriented, where ideas move quickly from concept to testing and iteration. Accountabilities:
In this role, you will own key parts of the learner experience and contribute to the product strategy while driving measurable improvements in engagement, retention, and learning outcomes. You will:
- Contribute to the product roadmap for the Creators platform, focusing on learner engagement, completion, and retention at scale
- Own end-to-end segments of the learner journey, identifying friction points and opportunities to improve activation and progression
- Design and deliver features that enhance course creation, consumption, tracking, and learner success
- Improve learner acquisition, engagement, and monetization through better discovery, onboarding, and content consumption experiences
- Champion strong UI/UX practices in collaboration with design and engineering teams to ensure intuitive learning experiences
- Run A/B tests and structured experiments to validate hypotheses and improve key product metrics
- Use data and behavioral insights to guide prioritization, decision-making, and product direction
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, marketing, data, and customer teams to drive adoption and outcomes
- Monitor key metrics such as activation, retention, completion rates, and revenue per learner to continuously optimize performance
- Support scalability and reliability improvements for a growing global learner base
- 7+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2C or B2B2C SaaS, learning platforms, or creator ecosystems
- Proven track record of shipping features that improve engagement, retention, completion rates, or monetization
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, particularly for learning journeys and content-driven experiences
- Experience working with experimentation frameworks and A/B testing methodologies
- Data-driven mindset with strong ability to interpret funnels, cohorts, and behavioral analytics
- Experience building or scaling creator-focused, content, or subscription-based products is highly desirable
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work across design, engineering, and business teams
- Strategic thinking combined with strong execution ability in fast-paced environments
- Strong understanding of growth levers such as activation, retention loops, and lifecycle optimization
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence product direction across stakeholders
