Job Description:
The marketing manager is responsible for transforming the current campaign and lead processes across the marketing team. This role will create partnerships across marketing, sales, and operations to create best practice processes for marketing automation, lead flow, and performance reporting. You will ensure that all marketing activities are tracked and measured all the way to the opportunity.
The marketing operations manager will serve as an advisor throughout the lifecycle of a marketing campaign, from the campaign details in the planning stages to troubleshooting lead flows and producing reports. Attention to detail is key to track projects, test new features, and document processes.
This role will also serve as the admin for Pardot and other marketing tools. This will entail user management, best practice utilization, and maintenance of integrations.
The marketing operations manager must be able to work effectively with tight deadlines and be comfortable with change and ambiguity.
Job Qualifications:
- 5+ years of B2B marketing operations experience
- Hands on experience as an admin with marketing automation tools, preferably Pardot
- Strong understanding of lead operations and Salesforce CRM
- Proven experience with marketing analytics tools like Google Data Studio or Datorama
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with complex datasets, build reports, and fix data issues
- Natural drive for innovation and creative problem solving
