This role is a senior-level consulting position focused on delivering advanced cloud collaboration and contact center solutions for enterprise customers. You will act as a trusted technical advisor, guiding organizations through complex transformations across Cisco Webex Calling, Webex Contact Center, and Microsoft Teams Voice ecosystems. The position combines deep technical design expertise with hands-on implementation and migration leadership in hybrid and cloud environments. You will work closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable, secure, and high-performing communication architectures. Operating in a client-facing consulting environment, you will influence solution strategy, drive delivery excellence, and ensure successful adoption of modern unified communications platforms. This is a high-impact role where your expertise directly shapes customer experience and digital transformation outcomes.
Accountabilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of unified communications and contact center transformation projects across enterprise clients
- Design, implement, migrate, and optimize Cisco Webex Calling and Microsoft Teams Voice solutions, including hybrid and coexistence architectures
- Architect PSTN connectivity using modern models such as Direct Routing, Operator Connect, and Cisco Local Gateway
- Design and deploy Webex Contact Center solutions, supporting migrations from legacy UCCX and UCCE environments
- Oversee consulting engagements from discovery and solution design to implementation, validation, and knowledge transfer
- Conduct UC and contact center assessments, optimization reviews, and performance health checks
- Mentor team members and contribute to internal best practices, standards, and delivery frameworks
- 8+ years of experience in unified communications, voice, and contact center environments with strong cloud and hybrid expertise
- Proven experience with Cisco Webex Calling, Webex Contact Center, Microsoft Teams Voice, CUCM, UCCX, and UCCE platforms
- Strong understanding of SIP, PSTN connectivity, voice gateways, and hybrid UC architectures
- Experience leading migration projects from legacy PBX and UC systems to modern cloud platforms
- Consulting and client-facing delivery experience in complex enterprise environments
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
- Certifications such as CCNP or CCIE (Collaboration or Enterprise Infrastructure) are highly desirable
