About the Team
Are you ready to take your knowledge of technology, continuous delivery, collaborating and problem solving & put them to work to deliver outstanding solutions? Are you up for the challenge of working across the organization to deliver on a range of initiatives from the weekly service update up to our most results-oriented goals? We have an outstanding opportunity within the Product and Technology Release and Programs team for a person with vision, drive, and a preference for excellence and a track record of success. About the Role
What would you do all day?
- Work across multiple engineering teams to successfully deliver verified software to our customers
- Set the standard on quality and the release process by coordinating key components of the service update
- Lead the big-picture as well as the details and implement tactical tasks without losing sight of strategic objectives
- Identify & supervise key success criteria, inspire change and implement solutions for Service Updates and Feature Releases.
- Build strategies for risk mitigation and prioritization
- Use your energy, drive, resourcefulness and passion to perpetrate the positive vibes throughout the company
About You
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related technical field (or equivalent professional experience and training)
- Minimum 4 years' experience with Release Management, Quality Assurance, Software Engineering, Product Management, Project Management, or Program Management
- Experience working in Enterprise Applications development or Operations
Other Qualifications:
- Confirmed experience with enterprise software development, operations, support or QA
- SaaS experience
- Successful track record running simultaneous projects with multiple partner involvement
- Ability to multi-task and context switch successfully, based on business priority
- Hands-on knowledge of various Agile & Continuous Delivery practices and fields
- Excellent communication skills to interact with colleagues of all levels (including the executive team)
