We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a passion for technology and a desire to impact. We are seeking someone with a strong technical and/or product engineering background who can leverage their expertise to drive innovation and help us deliver high-quality products. As a Sr. Program Manager, you will be key in collaborating with cross-functional teams to define project goals, scope, and deliverables. You will be responsible for developing and managing project plans, and timelines while ensuring successful project completion. Additionally, you will provide guidance and support to team members and foster a collaborative work environment that promotes open communication and knowledge-sharing.

What You'll Do:

• Develop the long-term project plan that focuses on a 'first of its kind' Exchange Platform that will drive transformative changes for our industry.
• Create a framework to manage prioritized programs, including scope, resource management and cost to deliver against established KPI's
• Ensure proactive identification and response to program and project risks and opportunities
• Set priorities, obtain commitments, and engage required resources through collaboration with Product Management, Engineering, and Operations.
• Establish the pathways for escalation of program and project issues within the organization to provide the right level of awareness and decision-making.
• Enable executive visibility to high-level strategic projects, lead bi-weekly or monthly report outs to project sponsors and stakeholders.
• Own difficult conversations, act calmly, and maintain accountability. Create connections between teams and functional groups to resolve dependencies and project blockers. Active sharer of knowledge.
• Partner with leadership to build a culture within the accountability.
• Document program/project management methodologies and develop scalable playbook.
• Manage compliance, audibility and implementation of change management practices.

What You'll Bring:

• 8+ years' experience in program management in a tech company (i.e., process improvement, optimizing workflows, etc.)
• 5+ years leading program management/project management teams
• Quantifiable experience managing large technically complex projects to success criteria and keeping track of teams.
• Excellent analytical skills, with ability to dive into problems, see the big picture and its components and dig into data to surface insights.
• Strong organization skills including meticulous attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently -- prioritize and drive multiple projects successfully through knowledge of MS-Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and modern Project tracking tools (Asana and ADO etc).
• Prior management experience (2+ resources) is required.
• Strong technical and/ or engineering background with expertise in modern technologies strongly desired.

Pay Range: $94,200 - $219,800

This hiring range is a good faith and reasonable estimate of the salary range of possible compensation at the time of the posting and is subject to change. The actual compensation offered will be determined by various factors, which may include a candidate's education, training, experience, and geographic location.
