Sr Program Manager (Zebox)

Position Summary:

As a Sr Program Manager at ZEBOX America, your core responsibility will be to attract and expedite startups supported by ZEBOX in America. Collaborating closely with ZEBOX America's leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in identifying top-tier startups, ensuring their access to necessary resources, and offering the support needed to facilitate their success.

This position is responsible to:

• Focus regionally and vertically on purpose-driven search activities that align with ZEBOX's strategic vision for sourcing, attracting, and propelling outstanding startups to solve pivotal problems for ZEBOX's corporate partners.
• Drive engagement, evaluation, and recruitment processes for startups.
• Collaborate closely with the ZEBOX Partnership team to comprehend the needs of corporate partners.
• Facilitate the onboarding of new startups into the ZEBOX ecosystem and prepare them for future interactions with corporate partners.
• Cultivate positive relationships with corporations, startups, investors, universities, media partners, and other entities aligned with ZEBOX's vision.
• Engage with startups and corporate partners to facilitate discussions on mutually advantageous partnerships, pilots, and proof of concepts, while overseeing the success of these initiatives.
• Foster a sense of community within the ZEBOX Startup ecosystem and devise incentives that resonate with the genuine needs of ZEBOX startups.
• Function as a valuable partner to venture capitalists in evaluating potential deals.
• Contribute actively to the growth, funding, and prosperity of ZEBOX startups by providing coaching and mentoring.
• Actively participate in the planning and execution of high-impact programming concepts and events benefiting ZEBOX's ecosystem.
• Collaborate closely with ZEBOX hubs globally to drive innovation.
• Represent ZEBOX America at events to establish thought leadership in the American market.
• Measure and report on performance and success metrics.

Skill Sets / Education & Experience Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in roles focused on strategy, co-founding, venture capital, or growth.
• Exceptional communication skills: written and oral.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills and adeptness at building relationships.
• Passion for all things innovation and transformation.
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of multitasking.
• Strong time management skills with a proven track record of meeting deadlines.
• Proficient analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Demonstrated strategic thinking capability.
• Effective communicator with the ability to present to senior stakeholders.
• Keen interest in emerging trends, future industries, and technologies.
• Solid financial, analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills.
• Robust network within the USA-based tech startup ecosystem.
• A team player comfortable in agile, global environments, open to learning and experimentation.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience within the supply chain or maritime sector is advantageous.
