Job Description
We are seeking a Sr Project Coordinator, preferably with community outreach and engagement experience.
Job Title: Sr Product Coordinator - DEI Outreach
Duration: 12+ months
Location : Portland, OR
Hybrid : Onsite once per week/month based on needs/training
Note : Open to Non-Local Candidates, but within the same region and travel mileage expense covered by client
Working Schedule: 8 AM - 5 PM PST

This team member will support the Team Lead with Project Management and Project Coordinate details related to programs involving client DEI team's focused enterprise-wide Community and Engagement Strategy.
The DEI team consists of 5 team members plus a director. This position will support the external Equity and Community Team who is responsible for embedding equity, and implementation of community outreach and engagement best across the enterprise, and implementation of community outreach and engagement best across the enterprise, and at the program and project, and service levels.
Job Duties:
Planning and scheduling meetings, distributing meeting agendas, completion and distribution of meeting notes, and distribution of follow up materials (i.e., reminders, pre-work and read-ahead materials)
Coordinate meeting content creation with key stakeholders to develop MS PowerPoint presentations.
Manage project plans, including tracking budget and task completion.
Work across functional areas to drive tasks to completion (i.e., working with Accounts Payable to process payments to community advisory group members)
Verify that projects align with standards, work methods and processes. Recommend procedural changes to improve efficiency.
Accurately track program data in Excel and/or customer relationship management software. Organize and analyze data to inform reporting requirements and program design improvements.
Resolve complex problems within area of responsibility. Consults relevant documentation and liaises with appropriate resources to obtain and provide information on diverse and complex issues.
Contribute to data analysis and writing of program reports.
Acts independently to prioritize work to accomplish urgent/unplanned deliverables on an as-needed basis.
Performs general clerical duties to include and not limited to photocopying, faxing, mailing, filing and document preparation.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Job Responsibilities:
Creation of project plan outline, understanding diverse group of internal and stakeholder needs, devising communication plan and strategy.
Organize, plan, coordinate and communicate all activities related to DEI Outreach and Engagement strategy.
Experience Required: 3-5 years + professional experience.
Education Required: Bachelor's Degree
