POSITION DESCRIPTION:

Senior Project Manager

The Sr. Project Manager is responsible for managing all aspects ofmultiple, high-complexity projects within North America Supply Chain,in support of 3-5 year roadmaps across warehousing, sourced planning, materials planning, andtransportation.

The Sr. Project Manager will manage complex, cross functional projectteams, consisting of representatives from other Electrolux functions (finance,sales/sales operations, IT, product line) and global locations, as well as drivediscipline within the Supply Chain Project Management Portfolio process, withthe objectives of speed to market, quality, cost management, and operational efficiency.

ESSENTIALDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Plans and ensures execution of project deliverables within agreed-upon timing and budget.Composes a project work-breakdown structure/schedule and plan for executing the project - including sequencing, identification of dependencies, duration and resource needs, cost estimations, budgeting, and control.

Conducts regular project team meetings.Regularly presents project status reports to Steering Committee, other senior managers, and, when relevant, North America and Global Senior Leadership Team.

Clearly communicates roles and responsibilities within the project core and extended team.

Tracks progress against agreed targets.Develops and implements mitigation plan for at-risk items.Submits investment requests.Tracks and manages capital and expenses through close of project.

Resolves conflicts with capex, schedules, and resources as needed.Elevates issues to management when necessary.

Promotes culture of "Teamship" and professional accountability among core and extended team members.Communicates vision, promotes goal alignment, provides coaching and feedback for performance management.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related technical BS degree with a minimum of 7 years related engineering and/or project management experience is required.An MBA Is preferred.

PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is preferred.

Moderate travel (up to 35%) required.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES REQUIRED

Proven track record of successfully leading highly-complex projects, from start to finish.

Ability to lead, influence, communicate & interact with people within a cross-functional team setting, as well as customers and external suppliers.

Strong analytical and organizational skills. Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Excellent written and oral communication skills including presentation experience to large and diverse audiences.

Technology/manufacturing and consumer innovation experience/knowledge in a high-volume consumer products environment is preferred.

Experience with computer applications is required, including MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Project, and MS Outlook.
