Your Mission 

We are looking for a Sr. Project Manager to join our fast-growing EPO team. Reporting to the EPO Director, you will organize and coordinate global programs. The ideal candidate will be an excellent leader with experience managing people of different disciplines to produce results in a timely manner. They will also be able to develop efficient strategies and tactics.

Hybrid working model - Employees are required to work in the office for a minimum of 2 days per week. 

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Formulate, organize, and monitor inter-connected projects
• Decide on suitable strategies and objectives
• Coordinate cross-project activities
• Liaise with department heads for the allocation of project team members
• Develop and control deadlines, budgets, and activities
• Apply change, risk, and resource management
• Assess program performance and aim to maximize ROI
• Prepare reports for senior and executive leadership

• Proven experience as a Program Manager or other managerial position.
• PMP, Prince 2 or PgMP certification - advantage.
• Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods.
• Thorough understanding of software development life cycle techniques and methods.
• Excellent knowledge of performance evaluation and change management principles.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office; working knowledge of program/project management software.
• Outstanding leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent problem-solving availability.
• BSc/BA diploma in management or a relevant field.
• Fluent English language.
