Sr Project Manager with Health and Human Services (HHS) Exp

Required Skills:

• Must have an experience with the Florida Department of Children and Families (DCF) or Health and Human Services (HHS)
• A minimum of five (5) years consulting with other large, complex Health and Human Services (HHS) delivery systems implementing large IT modernization initiatives, with a specific focus in health and human services
• Documented proof of quality outcomes while delivering professional customer service and proven customer satisfaction in similar projects of this size and scope
• 5+ Years working within the State of Florida or other State HHS Information Systems
• 10+ Years working within Information Technology
• 7+ Years modernizing large enterprise information systems
• Documented proof or evidence of strong communication, writing, and presentation skills
• Documented proof or evidence of significant experience managing organizational change management and working across organizational boundaries in a collaborative manner.
• Demonstrated experience in developing HHS-related systems, such as a CCWIS solution in another state.
• In-depth knowledge of child welfare industry standards, regulations, and privacy requirements (e.g., HIPAA compliance).
• Experience in implementing interoperability standards and protocols and software development life cycle.
• Demonstrated commitment to quality, professionalism, customer service, and customer satisfaction.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with planning, strategizing, and creating requirements for State Government Health and Human Services Information Systems
• Experience working with a large number of stakeholders with varying interests and priorities
• Experience in implementing IT modernization projects in Florida's HHS state agencies, and
• Ability to review existing documentation, government regulations and legal requirements relevant to this Scope of Work.
