Sr. Project Manager/Scrum Master (W2 Only, Onsite Chicago) Contract: 6 Months (Potential Extension) | No C2C, Sponsorships, or Agency Referrals We’re seeking a seasonedSr. Project Manager/Scrum Masterto lead complex software development projects in the grants or financial management space. Thisonsite Chicago-based roleis hands-on and client-facing, requiring strong Agile leadership, technical understanding, and experience coordinating distributed teams. Key Highlights: • Location:Onsite inChicago, IL(Local candidates only) • Type:W2 contract (no C2C or sponsorships) • Duration:6-month contract with potential for extension • Focus:Leading software-based financial/grants projects, managing end-to-end delivery in Agile environments What You’ll Do: • Lead Scrum ceremonies and manage Agile delivery usingAzure DevOps • Drive cross-functional coordination across onshore/offshore teams • Report to stakeholders, present forecasts, and guide steering committee sessions • Oversee multiple simultaneous projects with complex dependencies • Act as a key driver in Agile transformation efforts What We’re Looking For: • 8+ years as aProject Manager/Scrum Masterin software development • Expertise inAgile/Scrumpractices andAzure DevOps • Experience withfinancial or grants management applications • Strong leadership, communication, and multitasking abilities • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field Nice to Have: • Agile certifications(CSM, PSM) • Consulting experience and executive-facing communication • Active involvement in tech communities or meetups #INDGEN
