Sr QA Developer

Amica Mutual Insurance Company seeks a Senior QA Developer in Lincoln, RI.

Duties:

• Create test strategies, approaches, test scenarios and test ideas with clear intent.
• Identify risks, issues, potential defects, or defects in any phase of the project life cycle, managing them through closure.
• Supports QA and Life leadership strategies.
• Review business requirements, stories and system designs.
• Develop, configures tools, or leverage other application based solutions for the purpose of ensuring high quality business applications and systems.
• Provide application developers with feedback during reviews or assistance with enhanced unit testing.

Telecommuting permitted within same MSA.

Requires a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field, plus 5 years of experience as a QA Developer or in a related software quality assurance role.

This role requires 5 years of experience in each of the following:

• Software Testing.
• Information Technology.
• Working in the Insurance Industry.
• Agile Tools including Jira, Confluence and Jenkins.

This role requires 3 years of experience in the following:

• Selenium.
