  • Performance & Scalability: Design and execute performance and scalability tests to ensure our applications can handle high traffic loads and meet user expectations.
  • Quality Metrics & Reporting: Track and analyze key quality metrics to gain valuable insights into product health and drive continuous improvement.
  • Root Cause Analysis & Prevention: Investigate and troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and collaborate with development teams to implement effective solutions.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure quality is integrated into all aspects of the product life cycle.

What You Need to Succeed

  • Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in test automation, with a strong focus on Selenium WebDriver and C#. Expertise in .NET framework/core is essential.
  • Performance Testing: Proficiency in performance testing methodologies and tools (e.g., JMeter, k6) to assess and optimize application performance.
  • Problem-Solving: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the capacity to tackle complex issues.
  • Communication & Influence: Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
  • Quality Advocate: A genuine passion for quality and the ability to motivate others to prioritize quality throughout the SDLC.
  • Testing Methodologies: Sound knowledge of various testing methodologies and their appropriate applications (functional, regression, integration, end-to-end, performance, etc.).

Nice to Haves But Not Required

  • Bonus Points: Experience with automation frameworks like Playwright or Cypress, designing and developing robust & scalable automation frameworks, implementing BDD frameworks like SpecFlow, or security testing.
