We are seeking an Associate Quality Specialist to join our team in Fullerton, CA.

Responsible for inspections and release of products and identifying non-conformances. Will manage hold and FDA products and processing of these items.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform product inspections
  • Complete inspection reports and review the inspection specifications
  • Perform electronic product release of approved product
  • Assist in complaint investigations and verifications of completion of CAPA(s)
  • Identify and document product/process non-conformances
  • Oversee production jobs as necessary including line clearance activities
  • Manage on hold product including FDA held shipments


Minimum Requirements
  • Entry level experience


Critical Skills
  • 1+ years experience with inspections
  • 1+ years experience in warehouse environment
  • MS Office proficiency


Additional Knowledge & Skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with MasterControl and/or another computerized document control systems
  • Working knowledge of medical devices
  • Working knowledge of the FDA regulations for Medical Devices (21 CFR 800 - 822)
  • Quality Assurance experience in the production of medical devices or pharmaceutical products
  • Ability to work independently


Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Our Base Pay Range for this position

$74,800 - $124,600
