Reporting Associate

The Reporting Associate job manages reporting projects and processes to ensure that data is collected, housed, and used securely, efficiently, and cost-effectively. This job is responsible for configuring, maintaining, and generating reports to support the organization's decision making process.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Develops and implements data management and reporting programs and policies to support data-driven decision making across the organization.
• Leads the collection of information and generation of reports by utilizing various data applications.
• Optimizes the design and maintenance of currently established processes and procedures relating to reports and dashboards to ensure efficient reporting across the organization.
• Communicates potential impacts of data and reporting matters to ensure availability, integrity, and accuracy of data.

Educational Requirements

• University (Degree) Preferred

Work Experience

• 5+ Years Required; 7+ Years Preferred

• SQL

Base Pay Range: $105,000/yr. - $142,000/yr.

Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
