Job Overview

As Sr. Manager, Revenue Growth Management (RGM) you are responsible for driving thought leadership associated with the development, implementation and stewardship of Commercial and Sales Operating Routines & Performance Management within Keurig Dr Pepper's (KDP's) Direct Store Delivery (DSD) network - inclusive of all DSD products and channels. This role will partner closely with DSD Business Units, National Sales, and Commercialization functions to deliver annual revenue and gross margin plans.

To be successful in this role, the Sr. Manager must have a strong track record of influencing other and leading through change. They must be a forward thinker with excellent strategic and tactical planning skills. They must be able to demonstrate strong analytical and problem solving skills. They must possess strong negotiating/ communication and interpersonal skills.

This role is based in our Frisco Headquarters Office, with 10% travel.

What you will do:

  • Lead development and implementation of standard performance and planning routines across DSD Company Owned & Independent Selling Organizations
  • Own the weekly and monthly business review routines and deliverables providing insights and creating action plans as needed to deliver business objectives
  • Develop and maintain pricing, promotion and trade guardrails across geographies for channel and products.
  • Create Key Performance Indicators (KPI) to track, rank, and adjust must-win priorities
  • Work with Headquarter and National (RGM) account teams to proactively manage execution of customer, brand and commercial priorities, and develop and act on performance scorecards
  • Lead development and implementation of components of RGM Transformation charter focused on Standardization and Simplification across DSD organization
  • Lead a team of two associates that support the DSD operating processes
Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of experience in analytics, finance, sales, marketing or related field.
  • Ability to work across multiple data sources to provide a holistic perspective.
  • Ability to think systemically & lead complex processes.
  • Prefer experience in a "Fortune 500" company, or in the Consumer Packaged Goods, Beverage, Small Appliance or related industries.
  • Self-motivated and detail oriented with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced and changing environment.
  • Experience working across multiple levels and functions of an organization to drive results.
  • Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Excel & PowerPoint).
