Job LocationThis position is located in Indianapolis, IN.Job DutiesThis Sr Revenue Integrity Analyst will perform all essential functions of a level 1 RIA [post charge capture auditor]. Additionally, he/she will project- manage, lead Quality Improvement efforts, and financially analyze a Service Line's charge capture data and processes with the end result of accurate and compliant documentation, coding, and revenue capture while optimizing reimbursement and promoting operational efficiencies.Experience4 + years of Healthcare experience in the clinical setting or in medical record review, coding, and/or billing (required). 0 + years Quality Improvement [QIP] training and Project Management experience (preferred)Education2 year / Associate Degree in Nursing or other medical related field, or clinical/technical degree (required)4 year / Bachelor's Degree RN or other medical related field will also be considered (preferred)LicenseLicensed as Registered Nurse (RN) with a valide license to practice in the State of Indiana as listed in the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC), American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) CertificationSkills

  • Proficiency in the use of personal computers and Microsoft Office for communication, internet access, database development, financial analyses and report generation
  • Experience and general knowledge with medical terminology and anatomy/physiology
  • Ability to work independently and as a team member
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, prioritization, time-management, and multi-tasking skills
