Job Description

As a Director of Sales hereat Honeywell, you will be responsible for leading and managing the sales teamto drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets. You will develop and executesales strategies, build and maintain customer relationships, and collaboratewith cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and businesssuccess. You will report directly to our Vice President of Sales and you'llwork out of our Atlanta, GA location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role,you will impact the company by driving sales growth, expanding market share,and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implementstrategic sales plans to achieve business objectives
  • Lead and manage thesales team, providing guidance, coaching, and support
  • Build and maintainstrong relationships with key customers and partners
  • Collaborate withcross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and business success
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify businessopportunities
  • Analyze sales data and metrics to drive performance and makeinformed business decisions

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
