Job Description:

• Provide comprehensive support to the Instrument Sales team for daily operational tasks and business assistance.
• Collaborate with the Sales team and other functional teams on daily business order support and implementation of business-related processes.
• Assist with the channel partners' agreement process in the system and implement other related channel processes.
• Maintain effective communication with channel partners to address their daily requests.
• Contribute to the improvement and optimization of all business processes, continually improving the internal working efficiency of the team.
• Support on business report and help on sales team revenue, booking pacing tracking
• Other sales operation related process build-up and follow up

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
• Over 5 years of professional experience in sales operations, channel support, business administration, or a related field
• Basic understanding of contract terms, conditions, logistics, and business
• Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to interact effectively with internal and external contacts
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Excellent verbal and written English skills are a plus
