WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a dynamic and experienced Sr Sales Technology Analyst you will drive the strategic vision and execution of a cohesive user interface (UI) for our Ascend CRM system, which will be adopted across all healthcare segments within the organization. This multifaceted role encompasses a series of stages, starting from strategic alignment of existing CRM instances through to the actual implementation, followed by continuous improvement and evolution of the system.
WHERE YOU'LL WORK
This position will work a hybrid schedule from our Burlington, MA or Leawood, KS office location preferred. Remote will be considered within the United States.
HOW YOU'LL SPEND YOUR TIME
- Lead the design and implementation of a unified UI for the Ascend CRM platform, ensuring a consistent experience and maximum sales adoption across all healthcare segments.
- Evaluate, prioritize, and oversee the integration of third-party applications, including AI tools, to augment CRM capabilities across all instances.
- Actively engage in process discovery and design initiatives to refine and improve the customer relationship process and outcomes for all CRM end-users (primarily sales teams).
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to collect requirements and devise solutions that boost user experience, productivity, value-add reporting, and consistency throughout the CRM system.
- Drive the adoption of the CRM system by developing user training programs and support materials.
- Create and maintain comprehensive functional requirements and decision records, considering the downstream impact on processes.
- Exhibit leadership qualities by mentoring and guiding team members with strong collaboration capabilities, fostering a collaborative environment aligned with the one Ascend vision.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- Bachelor's degree preferred. Equivalent experience required.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience implementing UI best practices.
- Microsoft D365 certifications or equivalent experience.
- Strong team player with a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and professionally.
- Proficient in virtual collaboration, leading meetings, and facilitating working sessions.
- Highly organized with a proven track record in planning, organizing, and executing tasks in a timely manner.
- Ability for minimal travel 15%.
