You will lead complex technical initiatives across a modern Salesforce ecosystem, shaping architecture and driving high-impact development for a global organization. Working closely with business stakeholders, you will translate requirements into robust, scalable, and high-performing solutions. You will also provide technical leadership, mentor engineers, and help define best practices across the Salesforce platform. Lead and execute Salesforce development initiatives across partner portal and internal GTM systems, ensuring scalable and high-quality architecture while aligning solutions with business needs.

• Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, APIs, and Agentforce capabilities.
• Build and enhance Experience Cloud (partner portal) functionality to improve engagement, usability, and operational workflows.
• Develop complex automations, integrations, and custom applications supporting leads, opportunities, approvals, certifications, and partner data.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical designs and scalable solutions.
• Create and optimize dashboards, reporting solutions, and analytics for internal and external users.
• Lead code reviews, enforce engineering best practices, and provide technical mentorship to team members.
• Troubleshoot complex system issues and ensure platform stability, performance, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

This role requires deep Salesforce expertise, strong technical leadership, and the ability to operate in a cross-functional, business-facing environment.

• 7+ years of Salesforce development experience with proven success delivering complex projects.
• Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, Aura Components, Visualforce, and Salesforce platform architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Experience Cloud (Partner Community) development.
• Solid knowledge of Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware solutions.
• Proficiency with modern DevOps and development tools (VS Code, Git, Salesforce CLI, CI/CD pipelines).
• Experience working directly with business stakeholders and translating needs into technical solutions.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to design scalable, maintainable architectures.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (required).
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
