• Expert knowledge in Sales order management - Order to cash process along with other Special business process - Customer Consignment, Intercompany, Scheduling Agreement, contracts, and Third-party business. ALE / EDI, Idocs and partner profile.

• Hands on into Basic functions – Stock Availability and TOR, Material Determination, Output, Delivery scheduling and Price determination.

• Having exposure with S/4 Hana Business partner/ Settlement management and Advanced Return process.

• Responsible for supporting existing SAP (S/4 Hana & ECC) systems, mainly working on incidents /problem tasks in day-to-day operations to ensure system stability and service continuity within targeted SLA as per the Application Support Incident / problem Management process.

• Responsible to work on Changes Requests / Bug fixes

• Ensure proper communication and coordination between cross functional and business team / end users.

• To be part of UAT / PGLS Support team for Release activities.

• Continuous learning on cross function modules and sharing knowledge within the team

• Should be self-driven and self-motivated to work under pressure and able to prioritize the work.

• Should be a good team player.
