CommScope is recruiting a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Admin to join our growing team! This is a 100% remote role. Candidates will be based anywhere in the US.

How You Will Make An Impact:

• Be a subject matter expert for SuccessFactors Recruitment Management (RCM), Recruiting Marketing (RMK), and Onboarding (ONB) modules
• Partner with business process owners to understand requirements and identify, analyze, and recommend best business process solutions.
• Document business requirements, translate them into SuccessFactors process requirements, and conduct implementation of business process changes.
• Assist with building communication plans, support documentation, and support teams training
• Perform required testing related to upgrades, releases, fixes, and improvements.
• Create and submit support tickets with vendor and validate fixes.

Required Qualifications For Consideration:

• 4+ years of SuccessFactors experience in Recruiting (RCM), Recruiting Marketing (RMK), Career Site Builder (CSB) modules, and Onboarding 1.0
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Human Resources, Business, Information Technology, or related field
• Knowledge in business systems analysis, design, project life cycle methodology, best practices, and processes.
• Experience in supporting the configuration, maintenance, and operation of the SuccessFactors Recruiting modules including RBP, integrations and Canvas reports.

Anticipated salary range dependent on experience and qualifications: $80,000 - $130,000.
