Sr Software Engineer

Job Description

1. Summary:

As Sr. Software Engineer, you will join a diverse, passionate team, dedicated to making possibilities happen in the payments industry!

1. Responsibilities:

• Participates in the design, and development, of high-quality software/solutions.
• Assists with direct estimates, such as time, percentage of project completion, etc.
• Participate as Development Support Engineer in troubleshooting during Incidents and customer issues.
• Researches and resolves reported systems software problems efficiently and accurately while adhering to internal software management standards and procedures.
• Understand and adhere to all corporate policies including but not limited to the ACI Code of Business Conduct and Ethics.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

1. Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience in software development tasks.
• A full-stack developer with 5-6 years of experience building web applications.
• 3+ years of professional .NET Core, .Net Framework, Web API, C#, SQL Server, Microservices.
• 3+ years of Angular and AngularJS experience.
• Strong fundamentals in relational databases and SQL.
• Experience working with the following code versioning and task management tools i.e. Git, JIRA
• Working knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

1. Preferred Skills:

• Working knowledge of AWS, Jenkins, Octopus, docker, kubernetes would be a plus.
• Experience in payments is desired.
